Changed your mind or got the wrong size? Returns are easy.

Returning an item

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with any tags still attached, within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm the return address.
3. Send the items back. Please keep proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund the price of the items to your original payment method. This normally takes a few working days to show in your account.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can and we'll replace it or refund you, including the cost of returning it.
