These terms apply to your use of this website and any order you place with Rocknician ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your payment has been received and accepted. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was shown incorrectly, in which case you will be refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider, SumUp, when you check out.

3. Delivery

See our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

4. Returns and cancellation

See our Returns & Refunds page. If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; we give you 30 days.

5. Faulty goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which these terms do not limit.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including logos, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Band and artist names are used to describe the products on sale.

7. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts.
